It was clean.

The lady at the front desk did not have a clue what was going on.

The hotel was fine, its just the lady at the desk had no clue what was going on and I don't like the idea of calling my room at 10:30 at night to see if I was getting 2 rooms for the night if I was I would have went to the front desk and said something about it. ...read more

The male counter staff was horrible. The females were nice!

As I feel taht the staff of the hotel is important, I would not recommend this one. I had an important e-mail to send out for work whgile on vacation and the computer was processing something. I asked him about it and he rudely stated; "Just turn it off". I am not a computer person and this is why we have an IT guy at work. This guy was there as the main point of contact for the whole hotel and his attitude was such the whole time. However, the female hotels staff was very nice. Matress' were uncomfortable on one of the beds and well past needing to be changed. ...read more
